The Royal Wedding: Meghan Markle’s wedding gown, a smart choice.
Meghan Markle, Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex, worn such an intelligent wedding dress. One does not often see this adjective used for a dress: sophisticated, elegant, pretty, impressive, stunning, luxurious, retro, modern, vibrant, sexy and so on..but rarely a "clever" dress. But HRH Duchess of Sussex wedding dress was so clever, so smart, so her.
It goes without saying that it was a beautiful, an effortlessly elegant, timeless wedding dress. At first we were surprised by the simplicity of it, but the Duchess of Sussex carried her dress beautifully. And it was a smart choice.
HRH the Duchess of Sussex wedding dress was designed by the acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller, the first female artistic director of the historic French fashion house Givenchy...smart.
As a French person, we were thrilled to find out that, after months of speculation (British or American designer?), it was the “Maison Givenchy”, the French luxurious brand, who stole the show.
What we particularly like at Audrey Ametis Weddings was that Meghan Markle’s wedding dress was her. Meghan Markle HRH Duchess of Sussex dress was a statement of her personality: "It is my wedding. I am marrying the man I love, plain and simple.”Such a smart choice.
Also to our delight, because the dress was unostentatious, we were at Audrey Ametis Weddings drawn by Queen Mary's diamond bandeau tiara holding the 5-metre veil. What a superb wedding tiara! We had never seen at Audrey Ametis Weddings such a superb diamond bandeau tiara. The diamond tiara is the reason why the dress had to be unadorned..smart.
Thank you HRH the Duchess of Sussex for bringing the word 'smart' in today's description of wedding gowns.
